Downloading file part error occured and could not get the reason.

Not A Problem
I'm getting the above error (Downloading file part error occured and could not get the reason). Please help me.

My app is deployed in a remote server while viewing it this error is displayed.

In browser console this error is displayed,

Uncaught (in promise) Error: Error loading document: Error retrieving file: /xxx/documentviewer.ashx/DownloadDocument?stateId=**&cacheInfoKey=***&_=-22,. Received return status 0.
