unable to open PDF file

Hi Cem,

we are facing below issue in some type of PDF file
(Message: GetNumber() can't be invoked on Obj of this type.)
check attached screenshot for more info

version    = DocumentUltimate-v6.6.2.0

Could you please guide us if there are any additional settings or configurations required
If there are any guidelines or instructions you can provide to resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your guidance

Why not using latest version 6.9.6?
