PDF failed to preview via proxy redirected HTTPS session

I have a .NET web server (IIS based) with documentultimate componment bundled in my web application, it works fine when user accessing it to web server directly.
However the error occurs when I setup another IIS server for Proxy role, redirecting the traffic from web server, 
the error prompts with "Download request refers to an invalid range." message, 

Wonder if any setting I missed or the cached document must find a way to share with proxy server. Please advise, thank you very much
