Exception code: 0xc0000005 means "Access violation error", you are running a very old version. v5.8.1 is from November 2020. You can at least update to v5.9.7 (May 2021) which would work with your existing license key.

Hello,

Following the previous question, we updated GleamTech.DocumentUltimate to the latest version, but the issue still exists. It only reproduces on 64 bit version of application, once we switch everything back to 32 bit, the issue is gone (at least for now nobody reported anything like this).
Also, this is not a persistent issue, it only occurs sometimes. We checked different possible solutions from other threads and seems like everything is set up properly. IIS_IUSRS group has all required permissions, as mentioned in one of the threads.

Here are current versions of dlls we have:
GleamTech.Common - 5.9.2
GleamTech.DocumentUltimate - 6.9.7
PortableEngine.Native - 6.0.3

Do you have any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Dmytro
