Using Document Ultimate for internal application

Hi,
We want to use Document Ultimate in our internal application, and our user are currently using server name to access our system, e.g. http://webserver1/app , http://webserver2:8080/app. 
Could we use one professional license for this case ? and what should we input for domain ?
