Error loading document: Error retrieving file: Popup for IOS devices

Hi,

We are facing file preview issues on IOS devices. Before the preview, there is a popup error that says: "Error retrieving file:". I have attached the image for the same and "preparedocument" and "getLastError" requests are in a canceled state. And, sometimes it shows a "Status Error" popup as well.

OS used in Image: iPad Pro 12.9.2020 iOS14 safari
GleamTech.DocumentUltimate 5.9.0
GleamTech.Common 4.5.0

Hi,
Same as "Error retrieving file:" popup, the below popup also appears sometimes.

Note: this is also on IOS devices.
