Unable to load DLL "PortableEngine.Native.dll" or one of its dependencies.

Resolved
I get this error on a windows container. I do not get this error locally.

Any ideas?

I think it was just some dotnet dependencies missing. I did a full install of everything I think it needed on my vm and now it's good.
