PDF Form Fields are not printing

When I fill the fields on a PDF document with text fields and then print the document, those fields are empty if I'm using a Browser other than Firefox (it only appears to work properly on Firefox). 

I tested with Chrome on Version 5.8.5 of DocumentUltimate.
