in latest version I get the error "download of this file is not allowed" (see attach)

but the permissions are OK - printing is possible...

with Version 5.7.2 it works but not with 5.8.0

This is fixed with Version 5.8.1 - November 23, 2020:

Fixed: DocumentViewerState was not serialized to session correctly since v5.8.0.
