Please update to the latest v5.7.2 which is released today.
There was a problem in v5.7.0, i.e. it displayed "undefined" instead of the actual error message (for initial errors).

We updated the version and still it not working

So now you are seeing the actual error message.

Please go to your DocumentCache folder and delete the corresponding cache subfolder for that document and try again.

Dears,
We need to open the file on different browsers. Cache folder already cleared.
But when we open the file on chrome it's working and then if we opened the same document in Safari  it's throwing the error

Any updates
The document is not opening on safari version 12 also
