How can the logs be accessed in case of a failure?

I tried looking at the GleamTech folder in temp, but I could not find logs anywhere. Are logs enabled by default or do we have to enable them? Also, is there a way to create a log file?

We are using Log4Net for logging. Can we add logs to this?
