Cannot View the File

When I open the file in my application using document viewer within the same network where my application is hosted, I'm able to view the file.

 But when I view the same file from another network or from the internet through my app.

 It displays an error Downloading file part error occurred and could not get the reason.

Does document ultimate support between networks /the internet?

Please help me with this issue.
