Document Ultimate is not working with CloudFront

We have purchased DocumentUltimate. We have installed Glemtech viewer dll into two machines and load balanced. When we are trying to implement Cloudfront. It is not loading properly. Can you please help

“Download request refers to an invalid range” error may mean the server (CloudFront) is taking control of HTTP Range Headers and sends unexpected response to the Viewer.
