Slow opening large text files in DocumentUltimate

A customer of ours noticed it takes several minutes to open large (10MB) .txt files in documentultimate viewer.  In our testing we confirmed this and it pegs the server CPU presenting the view.  I also see it generates very large cache files in the cache folder - a 10 MB txt file generates an 88 MB .zpx file.

If we open a 10 MB PDF file in the view it opens right up.  Any ideas how to speed up opening of large TXT files?

 I see file ultimate includes a text viewer that works well with large text files when testing using your demo.

Is there a way we can obtain a license to use just the text viewer control if we already purchased document ultimate?
