Column headings do not match data in columns

I have just added a File Vista Control to a new ascx file

The columns and data no longer correspond.

The date modified is in the file/folder name column, the file type is in the date modified column and the file name is in the file type column

Do I need to change my css file and my config file?

This is because you are using a product version from 2010 (FileVistaControl was renamed to FileUltimate). There is a compatibility issue with that ancient version on IE 10 and IE 11. This is normal as that product version were released years before these IE versions. So you cannot expect it to support browsers released 8 years into the future.

For this problem, there are 2 solutions:

Upgrade to the latest version which is fully compatible with IE10 and IE11. I would recommend you to upgrade to this version, not only for IE compatibility but also for new features.

If you don’t want to upgrade, there is a way to fix the compatibility for IE 10 and 11:

In code you can use this in the page where you host FileVistaControl:
```
Response.AppendHeader("X-UA-Compatible", "IE=9");
```
Or you can go into IIS and add a custom HTTP response header to the site.
```
Name: X-UA-Compatible
Value: IE=9
```
