Full Screen icon not working in Internet explorer 11

Hey Guys,
Hope you are doing great.
So far it has been a great experience with document ultimate, but I had tested it for I.E 11, it seems full screen icon not working when I click on it.
Can you Please look into this ASAP

There is no known issue with full screen on IE11. I just tested with IE 11.1.17134.0 and it works.
 
So possible reasons:
 
1. You did not allow your site to display in full screen (e.g. clicked Deny Once) after you went full screen for the first time so IE is remembering your choice:

 
2. You are using an iframe to display the DocumentViewer but you did not include the necessary attributes in the <firame> tag. IE prevents iframes going fullscreen if you don't put these (yellow highlighted):
