PDF with input fields not shown

Document Ultimate Version 13.3 does not show PDF input fields

I installed Document Ultimate 13.3. I have PDF files that have form fields and this version does not show the input fields or the text in those fields. I even went to your demo site and uploaded mt PDF and your demo site failed to show the input fields with the text in the inputs. This is an urgent issue for my application. Please respond as soon as possible

I am still, and have been experiencing the same problem you have described here for over two months!! Did you ever get back a response on this? I've raised two tickets, sent several follow-up emails, and have not heard back even a peep from anyone. I don't know what's happening. Is it working for you now?

Thank you Jack. At least you have a response and so we know they are looking into it. In my case I didn't hear back anything. So thanks again for sharing this.

Hi there, has there been any update/fixes to this issue? I see versions 4.0.5 and 4.0.8 has been published in the intervening timeframe.

FYI, this is now fixed in v4.3.0. Sorry for the late fix, the actual problem went unnoticed for a time (it was considered a problem with specific files but it appears it was a general problem which effected all files)

Cem: Thank you, this is good news. I have a question. I have not upgraded Document Ultimate, so I am still on version 4.0.30319. Can I just install 4.3.0 or do I need to step through each of the prior upgrades installing each of them until I reach 4.3.0?
