Image in word file rendered as BLACK box in IE 10

Not A Problem
Dear team
  I am using DocumentUltimate and my images in word file rendered as BLACK box in IE 10, but with IE 11 they are look fine.
How to resolve this issue

Which DocumentUltimate version are you using?
Please try deleting the cache subfolder for the specific document in DocumentCache folder and let DocumentViewer re-convert it. See if they look the same on IE 10 and IE 11 now.
