icons loading problem in toolbar of DocumentViewerControl

I am using DocumentViewerControl for previewing documents stored in disk as well as in database. Sometimes, toolbar icons do not load properly and displays like some fonts. Please suggest me any solution for icons loading problem. Thank you.

Which version are you using? I remember replicating the same problem few times in the past. It seems it only happened with Chrome. For some reason font icons showed gibberish. However I did not see the problem for a while, especially after v3.8.0 (latest is v3.9.0). If you are using latest DocumentUltimate version and still seeing the problem, also check your Chrome version.

I am using latest version of chrome and DocumentUltimate and Chrome. DocumentUltimate version is v3.9.0 and chrome is v64.0. Still sometimes viewer icons do not load properly. Can you help me please.

FYI, this is now fixed in DocumentUltimate v3.11.0:
 
Fixed: Occasionally, icons in DocumentViewer toolbar would show gibberish, especially after refreshing the host page. This was due to a problem loading font icons.

It seems it was a bug with Chrome's older versions (possibly version 64) and not DocumentUltimate. Please update your Chrome (latest is version 67)
