Creation of user and root folder at the same time possible?

Hello,

currently (via the web interface) one have to create a user and then switching to root folders and create the folder, which the user can use his files.

Is it possible to create a user and automatically create a corresponding root folder with the same name (or may be both in the same window, without to switching between users and root folders) ? It would make things much easier for us.

How do you guys create new users and folders, all by hand? We tried with SQL scripts. There is the encryption key, which will only be generated via the web interface though?
