Update Times out when updating from 4.x to 6.5

When I attempt to update following the "How to update an existing installation of FileVista to a newer version" guide I'm able to get to step 6 and start the process but after some time the update will time out.  
 
If I attempt to run the update again, it will say I'm running database version 5.2 (instead of 4.x) and when I attempt to type in the license key again, it will give the following error:
 
 
ERROR
Error 147 (Provider v. 4.3.3.34): Duplicate Column name :
Password2
Error 147 (Provider v. 4.3.3.34): Duplicate Column name :
 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please send us the original version (v4.x) of these files:
 
App_Data\FileVista.config
App_Data\Database\FileVista.vdb4
 
Maybe, your database file was corrupted (before even starting) and thus the update fails. We will fix it and then send you the updated version.
