Just wondering what everyone else does for ageing out old files/folders from filevista, I know within filevista you can look at last modified and then delete a folder from the admin login but this does not appear to physically delete the folder from the filesystem.

 

what I have been doing is going to the file system and sorting by modified and then just moving everything to another folder and then is no one screams then delete from there, but I'm thinking of creating a script assuming that the paths are kept in the DB I can just search the DB and if the location in the DB does not match the physical location then delete or something.

but wondering if anyone has a better way to hit this problem.
