search file by content

is it possible to search for file by its content (txt, html, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf ...) ?

is it possible to search for file by keywords and this keywords written in .keywords (as hidden file) ?

Both this features would be very very usefull for us for use FileVista as little document file management system ....
