Not able to view .doc file in Document viewer

Hi, I am using GleamTech.DocumentUltimate Package 6.5.0 to show documents in My ASP.net core MVC project. .Net Core verion is 3.1. It shows pdf document properly but it shows following error when I open .doc file. Please help me here.

Please try the new release DocumentUltimate v6.6.0 and let me know if problem is not solved. Note that when trying a new version, make sure you delete the correponding cache file so that you force re-conversion of the .doc file.

Sorry please try DocumentUltimate v6.6.1 which fixes this specific error with ASP.NET Core.
