Cannot upload files from a iOS mobile device using Safari

Not A Problem
Files cannot be uploaded using iOS8.1 Safari.  They will always fail.  They can however be uploaded using iOS8.1 Chrome.  No reason given for the failure.

I just checked with iOS 8.1 simulator and could not replicate the problem. Are the failing files of specific type? Was it working for you on iOS 8.0?

Tested on an ipad with 7.0 (We don't have one with 8.0). Failed to upload images in the photo app. (It doesn't let you choose any other type of file)

So no, it was not working on older versions. (ipad only)
